This Website Does Not Allow Booking Directly Online. Please contact Lesley at (905) 440-6300 to provide payment and confirm booking. Once a reservation is confirmed we guarantee that rate. Room rates are subject to change depending on the season. Rates do not include applicable taxes or gratuity. Rocklyn Inn owners reserve the right to refuse service.
Reservations

- Reservations must be confirmed by Rocklyn Inn
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
- A 2 night minimum is required only on long weekends and holidays.
- Reservations are secured by e-transfer payments.
- All reservations will be charged a $150 Damage Deposit at time of booking which will be refunded after guest checkout if there are no damages to room and linens and no missing items.
- Full payment + Damage Deposit are required at time of booking to reserve your stay.
- Room rates are based on 2 person occupancy.
- Room rates for single occupancy are also available.
- Rocklyn Inn owners reserve the right to refuse service.
- We do not allow children under the age of 8 unless the whole Inn is being booked by one group. Exceptions can be made, please discuss with Rocklyn Inn.
Cancellation Policy
- All reservations will be charged the full amount at the time of booking + the $ 150.00 Damage Deposit.
- All reservations that are cancelled 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival are non-refundable and 50% of the Damage Deposit will not be refunded.
- During this time all reservations cancelled 14 days notice to 7 days notice will be charged 50 % of the reservation fee.
- Rocklyn Inn requires 14 days or more notice of cancellation for a full refund to be issued.
Pet Policy
- We do not allow pets.
Smoking Policy
- We do not allow smoking of any kind (including cannabis or vaping) anywhere inside the Inn. If you wish to smoke, you must do it outside 20 meters away from the building and entrances and use a smoking litter box provided at request.
Dietary Restrictions Policy/ Breakfast Policy
- Breakfast is not included in the rates. If you wish to add breakfast you can add it on for an extra fee. If you have dietary allergies that require vegan, dairy free or gluten free substitutions you will be charged $15 + HST extra on top of our regular rates for your breakfast. Breakfast is included in the Spa Packages. Regular breakfast rate is $ 60.00 + HST per 2 people ( or $ 30 + HST per person).
Parking Policy
- Parking is located in our parking lot to the east side of our property. There are approximately 8 car spaces. Our guests are responsible for care and safety of their vehicle while on our property. Guests are responsible for any damage to Rocklyn Inn property caused by negligent driving.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy
- Check- In is between 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Check- Out is before 11 a.m. All other times must be prearranged with owner of Rocklyn Inn.
- *** If Check- In later than 8 p.m. is required there is a service fee of $20.00 + HST.
- Rocklyn Inn owners reserve the right to refuse service.
Shuttling Service for Hikers
- We currently offer shuttling to our hiker guests within Blue Mountain, Beaver Valley and Sydenham sections that surround Rocklyn Inn.
- We charge $0.70 cents per kilometer round trip for all shuttling services for hikers of the Bruce Trail
Rates
- Regular Rates starting from: $ 135 + HST per night (double occupancy)
- Single Rate starting from: $120 + HST per night per person (single occupancy)
- Holiday Rates (Holidays/Long Weekends) Starting from: $155.00 + HST per night (double occupancy)
- Holiday Rates Single Occupancy (Holidays/Long Weekends) starting from: $130.00 + HST per night per person (single occupancy)
- Rocklyn Inn reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
